Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing considering the price. We were promised early check-in but ended up having to wait until 4 PM for our room. The location was not as convenient as described, requiring a lengthy walk to the Key West Express pier. While the beach area was relaxing, many amenities were closed or limited, making for a less than ideal experience overall.
